Gareth - Should we also do a Strategy map for the church, similar to the example shown in the evangelism porposal (Craig & Sandy haven't been shown this yet)

I agree, I think a Strategy Map is a very important both as a communication tool and as a means to test the Mission and Vision etc

The Strategy map and Organisational model are probably the most critical deliverables because they are the ones that will lead to specific recommendations on changes to the way that we do things and can't just be paid lip service.
