Project Objectives
- To update the BBC mission statement to be more specific to BBC
- To develop a BBC vision statement
- To define the values that govern the attitudes and behaviours in BBC
- To define high level strategies
- To analyse the impact of any proposed changes on the current BBC operating model.
- To define and confirm the roles and responsibilities of the various leadership entities in BBC.
- To obtain ownership and approval for the proposed strategies.
The scope of this project excludes the following:
- The development of a Membership Commitment model
- A framework for discipleship at BBC

I think we should add an objective to "Highlight issues that require further discussion with the broader leadership team."
The following are a few things that come to mind:
1) Seeker sensitive
2) Number of different speakers in Sundy services and topics covered (Chip Ingram say the pulpit is the rudder for a church)
3) Need for membership model

The other potential issue that we discussed on Thursday is the lack of an individual visionary who can cast vision to the whole church from the pulpit.
