Project Timing:
I don't think finishing by the end of August is realistic. We might have a draft on the table by then but there will need to be some iterations to get buy-in. We can't start 2007 planning based on a draft. I would move the timing out to the end of September and schedule a meeting to finalise Mission, Vision etc and start 2007 planning process for the end of September.

Project Approach:
I think we need to add a feedback session with Elders and Deacons before we start on strategies otherwise we could waste a lot of time. Maybe we should still try to use the combined meeting at the end of July to do this?
