  • I'm not sure that I would put Teaching, Plural leadership and Variety of preachers as strengths:
    Teaching - while I think most of the Sunday services teaching is good the fact that it is not structured means that overall teaching could be seen as a weakness.
    Plural leadership I think we have too big a focus on this which is actually a limiting factor sometimes.
    Variety of preachers In the past I've been very pro a different speaker every week but the more I have thought about it the more I think that this is actually more of a weakness than a strength.
